***PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS*** ⚠️ DIA Pickup⚠️ A shuttle (ParkDIA) will take you to and from the vehicle, 24/7 (ride time ~5-10 minutes)✈️ FOR PICK UP: 1. After you have your bags, exit the terminal at level 5. 2a. For WEST: Exit at door 504, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign. 2b. For EAST: Exit at door 513, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign. 3. 🪧Once at the “ParkDIA” sign, enter the next shuttle to arrive. You will not need to show anything to enter the shuttle. 4. Tell the driver you are picking up from the “CarShare” lot, uncovered, Row A "Blue". 5a. 🔑 KEYS for TuroGo: During check-in, a prompt will unlock the vehicle. The keys will be inside in the passenger glove box inside an RFID-blocking pouch. Do not lose the RFID pouch. 5b. 🔑KEYS for normal Turo: There will be a lockbox on the driver window, I will send you the code for it. The keys are inside the lockbox. After entering the vehicle, roll down the window, remove the lockbox, and store it somewhere secure in the vehicle until the end of your trip. **You can tell if your trip is TuroGo by checking the "Details" section in your reservation. You do not need to download a separate app for TuroGo** 6. To exit the lot, follow the exit signs to the Exit Plaza and pull up to the automated scanner. Scan the QR code in the trip photos to enter the lot. 2. Tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the "uncovered CarShare lot" and to please send a shuttle there to pick you up. 3. Return the vehicle to a spot in the uncovered “CarShare” lot (labeled with banners). 4. 📸Take pictures of the vehicle, including odometer and fuel level. 5a. 🔑 KEYS for TuroGo: Place the keys back in the RFID pouch, and back in the passenger glove box. Lock the car, and close the doors. 5b. 🔑 KEYS for normal Turo: Place the keys back in the lockbox, secure the lockbox in the driver window, and lock the vehicle. **MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS LOCKED. If the vehicle is stolen due to inadequate checkout, you will be responsible.** 6. 🐶 Pet friendly 🇺🇸Vehicle *cannot* leave the United States. 🚫No Towing (Turo Policy). 🚘🚨 Vehicle tracker monitors location and indications of reckless driving. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking of any kind (fines enforced by Turo). 🏔 Mild off-roading only! Dirt roads are okay, professional trails are not. • Can I pick up the vehicle at 2am?

  You can pick up anytime, the shuttle runs 24/7.

• Do I need to wash/clean the vehicle before returning?

  No - in normal cases I do all the cleaning after guests return the vehicle, including disinfecting. There is a fee for excessive cleaning (see Turo policies).

• Do I need to pay for parking at the airport? Are there any additional fees?

  Yes - after your trip is complete, I file a $14.40 reimbursement through the Turo app for airport parking. This is the only fee I apply.

• Will I be charged for tolls?

  Tolls are charged after your trip is complete.

• Can I smoke marijuana in this vehicle?

  Smoking of any substance in this vehicle will result in devastating shrinkage of genitalia.

• Can you deliver the vehicle for me?

  I only deliver vehicles to DEN airport at ParkDIA. Because of security and logistical issues I do not offer delivery to other locations or other airport lots.
