Please pick up car at specified location listed in the app. Please return vehicle IN PERSON, CLEAN, and with the SAME AMOUNT OF PREMIUM GAS, as received (If you don’t refill the tank, we will purchase the gas and charge the amount through Turo which comes with an additional $10.00 Inconvenience fee). We are VERY flexible with extensions, so feel free to request your extension through the Turo app and we will be happy to approve it if the car is available. WE ARE OPEN TO LONG TERM RENTALS, SO PLEASE JUST MESSAGE US! We ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow all TURO policies and procedures. Return the vehicle at or before the time on your reservation. Late returns will be charged according to Turo policies. Please NO PETS, NO SMOKING, or VAPING in the vehicle. We will charge a minimum of $150 for cleaning the vehicle if we determine that either circumstance has occurred. Only those drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be added officially through the TURO App. Return the vehicle within the mileage limitations, unless it is listed with unlimited mileage. Extra miles will be charged at the rate shown on your reservation. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on the TURO app. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are in the glove box.
