I try keep our cars the cleanest on Turo. Please help me and the rest of the community with this. No off-road or track use. No smoking or vaping. No pets. No food or drinks except water. No Burning Man. Car should be returned as clean as when you get it or a cleaning fee may apply. Please wash car immediately on return from ski trips to remove any salt to prevent rust. Please be sure to fill the gas tank with premium (91 octane) gas to where it was when you rented it. The exact fuel level will be recorded remotely on return. I should not have to write this, but filling the gas 30 miles outside of the city, as some have done, does not count as full. Car has disabled license plates. Do not park in marked disabled spaces unless you are legally entitled to do so.

You may exceed the included miles but will be billed at the listed per-mile rate.
How do I handle parking tickets?
Parking tickets can be avoided if you carefully read signs. However, if you get one it is your responsibility to pay it. Not paying promptly can result in additional fees in addition to the original amount assessed through your Turo account..
Will my insurance cover the car?
If you have full coverage personal auto insurance you are likely covered for Turo trips, but you should verify this first with your insurance company. Credit cards generally do not cover Turo. Turo offers protection plans, not insurance, for damage to this vehicle, but such coverage is secondary and Turo will first collect from your personal insurance. This was my first experience with Turo and I’m glad I chose this car. We had it for a week and everything was good... I would rent this car again —> easy to drive, safe, good gas milage and its an all weather car 👍🏻

Very nice clean car. Good driving experience, comfortable and refined drive. Served us well driving up to snowy mountains. The panoramic sunroof was a big plus.

We got this vehicle super last minute (literally an hour before we left for Tahoe). We were so happy something we got a vehicle where AWD was available. The car was almost perfect minus needing oil (which we will get reimbursed for) and the key was missing (a previous renter lost it?) but we were able to use Turo Go to lock and unlock. But we can chalk that up to renting it so last minute! Very grateful for the ride.
