This is our physical location open 10AM - 6PM, 7 days a week with a full time receptionist available to physically hand you the keys. After hours self-pickup and drop-off are also available.

Any evidence of either is subject to a professional detailing fee. 👮♀️ Tickets and Tolls can be paid to me directly when you return the car, otherwise they will be reimbursed through the Turo app with a $25 processing fee. 🧽 I keep the car quite clean and would greatly appreciate it if it was returned in similar or the same condition. Having said that, please try and keep eating/drinking in the car to a minimum.
No, however all of our vehicles are equipped with Mud + Snow Rated (M+S) All Season Tires that are legally permitted to be used on all BC Highways from Oct 1st - Apr 30th. Please visit https://tinyurl.com/yc6w8m5x for more details.
The default pickup location for the car is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. An Uber/Lyft will cost between ~$10-15 each way. Free shuttle service to our location is an option, please check your preferred location. Please note there's a Turo fee (%) that depends on the type of car and trip total cost; this is not a delivery charge, it's just a fee from Turo.
We offer free shuttle service, whether you're flying domestically or internationally, our driver will meet you at the airport and drop you off at our location for you to pick up the car. Also, once you drop off the car at your checkout time, the driver will drive you to the airport.

Easily the best rental car I've had after many trips across Canada. $10 Uber from the airport to pickup/drop-off location. Plenty of fast charging stations options throughout BC made it very easy to stay charged. Would 100% rent again.

That car was truly impressive, drove over 800 kilometers. From North Delta to Whistler and back in day! Charged once in Whistler.
It had everything one could desire. The hosts were also responsive.
However, I have two minor suggestions: for nighttime drop-offs, it might be clearer to specify "place car in front of the bay door," rather than "in the bay."
Also, if you could use a different mat cleaner. It leaves the mats slippery, posing a safety risk, especially with one-pedal driving.
Overall amazing experience.
