How do I get the car at Pearson International Airport?
Toronto Pearson International Airport has three garages which are Terminal 1 Parking, Terminal 3 Parking, and Viscount Parking (need to take a shuttle train at approximately 5min). We will let you know which parking lot we will be parking the car closer to your pickup date or earlier. How do I get the key at the free pickup location?
The Car will be park in GreenP lot number 402. The car can be access by a lockbox that is attached on the fence. Picture and code will be provided near the trip start time.
Can I change from pickup to Delivery?
Yes you can, simply let us know and we will help you out. This will also REDUCE some of the guest COST, for more detail on how to reduce a cost, simply sent us an email or ask us in the chat.

I recently rented a car and while the experience was decent, there were some issues that made the drive less convenient than expected.
The car was clean, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t fully prepared for my trip. The battery was only charged to 90%, which isn’t a huge issue but still not ideal when expecting a fully charged vehicle. The bigger problem was the complete lack of windshield washer fluid. This made driving quite difficult, especially in dusty or rainy conditions, as I couldn’t properly clear the windshield.
For a rental service, I expect the car to be fully prepped and ready to go, and these small oversights made a noticeable difference. Hopefully, the company improves its vehicle preparation to ensure a smoother experience for future customers.
