From Hartley Ave & Fawcett Road to the end of the road is a cul-de-sac anywhere along the street is up for grabs. Please be mindful of the signage posted as some areas may be restricted. During business hours (weekdays) parking may be tight - don't hesitate to give us a call as we can help assist you in finding a secure spot. Once you have parked, follow the prompts on the Turo app to complete your check-out. Please send us photos of the parked vehicle and surrounding area for an easy return. Lockboxes will also be needed for all returns as they will all be contactless. If you are planning to return to the airport earlier than the scheduled time please let us know so we can arrange the early return to avoid an expensive parking receipt ticket at the end of your trip. Lockbox & photos will also be sent 15 mins before your scheduled start time. Photos are a must for both Hosts/guests as they will help quickly find the vehicle as well as valid proof for any incidents. Also please note that Turo has now allowed a parking permit at YVR. All vehicle exchanges will be done on the most upper level of the YVR lot, P3 - resulting in contactless pickups/returns. Curbside in-person pickup/returns are prohibited, and may cause a citation. • How much are parking fees at YVR or YXX?

• Do you offer parking at your location?

  Yes, street parking is free for anyone to park. Please keep in mind the bylaws for Coquitlam street parking. Spots are first come first serve, we are not liable for tickets or tows.

• How do I use the lockbox?

  Lockboxes and RFID pouches can be found in the trunk of the vehicle. They will be used if pickup's/return's are scheduled outside our work hours (9am-5pm on weekdays and 11am-7pm on weekends). We will reach out to you with photo references & a short video clip about how to operate the lockbox and where to place them pre/post trip.
