This is modern and pleasant car and the most desirable city cars to look at. Although it is best suited to town driving, there’s enough performance available to make motorway journeys a viable prospect. Front passenger seats are particularly well served, with generous legroom and decent headroom. There is considerably less legroom available in the rear. The main controls and displays are straightforward but attractive too, and all grouped closely around the driver in an appealing fashion. Furthermore, this car is equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connect, allowing you to display your phone's screen on the seven-inch display and to select and browse all your compatible apps, including navigation. Whom to contact in case of emergency?
- Roadside assistance is available 24/7 if you experience issues such as tire puncture, need for fuel, key issues, breakdowns, or accidents. - Contact FMG roadside at 0344 243 8660 for issues such as tyre puncture, need for fuel, key or lock problems, breakdowns, or accidents. Depending on the circumstances and service provided, you may be responsible for roadside service costs. - If you can still drive after an accident, contact us (host) to let us know. Then continue your trip and report the damage within 24 hours from the time of the incident. - If the vehicle isn't drivable after an accident or breakdown, contact us (host) to let us know and call roadside assistance at 0344 243 8660. FMG roadside will try to fix it so that it’s operational. If they can’t, they’ll tow the vehicle and any luggage or cargo to our (host’s) preferred garage within 50 miles. - If the vehicle needs to be towed and you can’t wait for the repair or the vehicle can’t be repaired at that time, contact Turo on 44 0808 164 1454. Turo will reimburse your onward travel up to a maximum of £500 with proof of receipt. They will also refund the remaining time of your trip. - If you’re waiting for roadside assistance, stay with the vehicle. If it’s in an unsafe location, stay somewhere nearby and keep it in sight. You’re responsible for the vehicle until roadside assistance arrives. You cannot leave the keys in the car and abandon the car. If you do so, you may be charged a negligence fee of £120 by Turo. Note: If another vehicle is involved, record the other driver’s full name, address, contact information, vehicle registration number, and insurance provider information. Take photos of the other vehicle and the damage. Be sure to get the contact information of any witnesses.
What happens if my trip runs longer than expected?
- A trip change is only valid if the Guest makes the request through Turo, and we accept it. If you think this is necessary, simply go to your reservation in Turo and request an extension. As long as there is not a reservation immediately after your trip, we will approve your extension on the condition that the request has been submitted at least an hour prior to the trip ending.
Do I have to refuel the car at the end of my trip?
- Yes, please top up the tank with the unleaded fuel and you will not receive a reimbursement request. If the car is not fully topped up, a fee of £60 will be charged for the fuel and inconvenience. - For your convenience, Turo offers the “Prepaid fuel” as an EXTRAS for post-trip return.
Is smoking permitted in the car?
- All vehicles on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo’s no-smoking policy covers the use of but isn’t limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. If the vehicle smells of smoke, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers this will be reported to Turo. Turo will then charge you a smoking violation of £150 plus an additional 3% processing fee.
Do I need to clean the car before returning?
The car should be clean and litter free as provided at the start of the journey, ready for the next guest. However, if you return the car in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behaviour, we will report it to Turo. Turo customer service will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning fee of £150 plus a 3% processing fee for the violation.
Is there a car parking facility for the guest at the pick-up point?
Guest can park their car on the street with no restrictions. The host cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, fire, or theft of their vehicle. STREET PARKING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
How to add an additional driver?
- Take these steps to request and to add an additional driver: 1. Log onto Turo or sign into the app and open the Trips tab 2. Choose Booked and open the trip you’re interested in 3. Scroll down to the section labelled DRIVERS 4. Tap “Add driver” 5. Enter the email tied to your driver’s Turo account: if they don’t have an account, enter a valid email they check regularly 6. Advise your additional driver to look for an email from Turo as it could end up routed to their spam or junk folder. Now, follow the email guidance. Note – Please submit your request via the Turo system at least 24 hours before your trip starts.

Very Friendly host. Clean and well maintained car. Hassle free experience. Very flexible with timings. He even gave me a few pounds in coins for emergency usage while in the trip. Definitely booking with Bivek again in future.
