Guests can pay the London Congestion Charge up to 90 days in advance or by midnight of the next charging day (for a charge issued on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the deadline is midnight Monday). Payment can be made at [TfL's Congestion Charge page](https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/congestion-charge). - Responsibility for Payment: If the guest doesn’t pay in advance or by the payment deadline, we will invoice them for the cost within 90 days of the end of your trip. - Other Tolls: If you use toll roads, please pay the tolls promptly. Any unpaid tolls will be charged to your account with an additional administrative fee. 2. No Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, or any other smoking devices. Violation of this policy will incur a cleaning fee to remove odors and any residue. 3. No Pets Allowed: - To maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and to consider guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the car. If this policy is breached, a cleaning fee will be charged to restore the car to its original condition. 4. Food and Drink Restrictions: - To avoid spills and stains, eating and drinking are not permitted inside the vehicle, with the exception of water. Any required cleaning due to food or drink stains will result in additional charges. 5. Keep It Clean: - Please return the car in the condition in which you received it. Excessive dirt, mud, or other messes will result in a cleaning fee. Regular use is expected, but please avoid activities that could lead to significant soiling of the interior or exterior. 6. Driving Responsibly: - Please drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and speed limits. Any fines or penalties incurred during your rental period are your responsibility. 7. Fuel and Charging: - The car should be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of your rental. As this is a hybrid vehicle, there's no need to worry about charging the electric battery. 8. Reporting Damage: - Any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical issues, should be reported immediately. 9. Usage Limitations: - The vehicle is not to be used for any illegal activities, towing, racing, or off-roading. It is intended for personal and standard road use only. 10. Additional Drivers: - Only the driver(s) registered at the time of the booking are allowed to drive the vehicle. Adding additional drivers is subject to prior approval and they must meet the Turo driving requirements. 11. Mileage Limit: - Please adhere to the mileage limit set for your rental period. Exceeding the mileage limit will result in additional charges as per the Turo policy. 12. Late Return Policy: - Please return the car at the agreed-upon time. Late returns can disrupt the next guest's experience. If you anticipate a delay, inform me as soon as possible and try extending your booking for insurance purposes. Late return fees may apply. 13. Lost Items: - Please ensure you have all your belongings before returning the car. While I'll do my best to return any items left behind, I'm not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
