The CMC team is available 24/7 before, during, and after your trip. Congestion and Dart Charges: Please be aware that this vehicle is registered with auto-pay for congestion and Dart charges. Please inquire in advance to discuss the delivery location. Our fixed prices cover a 20-mile radius; locations beyond this can be accommodated upon request. Remote Entry Access: For your convenience, we now offer remote entry access, allowing you to unlock and start the vehicle without the need for a key handover. This provides greater flexibility for your pickup and return. Additional Accessories: We also provide phone chargers (compatible with all devices) and phone holders for your convenience, enhancing your overall experience. Late Policy: If you are up to 30 minutes late, your booking will be automatically canceled according to Turo policy. Vehicle Use Guidelines: •Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Should the vehicle be returned with a smoke odor, a £250 cleaning fee will be applied. •Please ensure the fuel level matches what was provided at the start of your trip. Any discrepancies will result in additional charges after the trip. •The vehicle must be returned in the same clean and organised condition as it was provided. Additional cleaning fees may apply if returned in an unsatisfactory state. •A valid driver’s license confirming the driver is over the age of 25 must be presented before the trip begins. •The vehicle is exclusively for the use of the designated client and must not be shared with any third parties. •Any fines, speeding tickets, or congestion charges incurred during the rental period will be forwarded to the designated driver.

If your journey involves driving within a congestion charge zone, a daily fee of £15 will apply. The charge is enforced from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
