Easy to drive car, very clean and well kept. First time driving a hybrid and Umar was really helpful and patient explaining the basics before getting started. Will def use again if needed.

The car was great. Lovely to drive and was really great value on petrol being a hybrid. We drove to Suffolk for the week and only filled the car once, at a cost of less than £40. However, the usb did not work in the car, which was disappointing. Also - one of the main benefits of Turo over traditional car rental companies in my experience so far is the ability to do a “contactless” rental, where you don’t have to interact with the owner and can execute the pickup/dropoff on your own terms. This is a particularly useful feature in the current climate. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible for some reason with this car - multiple postcodes, whatsapp messages, calls and voicemails from multiple numbers. Just a bit of a mess. Would not rent again.

Umar is a very reliable and hospitable host. The cars are always very clean and drive perfectly. I'd recommend booking - fast and reliable communication.

Amazing car and amazing host too! The car drives very well. It was my first time driving a hybrid and I had no issues with this car. Will definitely book again.
