If you are in the process of reserving or have Bluemoon and something isn’t quite right, please let me know as quickly as possible for me to make it right. ------ CHARGING ------ The car will be given to you with at least a charge of 240 miles and as close to that as possible if it is delivered. You can return it the same or opt for me to do the charging by paying up front for it. Check the Extras section for options. Supercharging during the rental period will be charged to renter as billed by Tesla. If Bluemoon is returned any less than received there will be a $25 charge unless you have included the Prepaid EV option. During your trip you’ll want to keep Bluemoon charged to at least 15-20%. If you’re left with no batteries it is a very costly endeavor to have it towed, checked for battery health, and reconditioned to drive. This cost will be directly billed to you after your trip. —-PARKING and TOLLS—— Parking tickets and tolls are renter responsibility. These will be charged after the trip. If there is a parking ticket during the rental period not reported and/or paid by renter it will be charged to the renter when processed by the municipality who ticketed the vehicle during the rental period and incur a $50 fee. A Sunpass (Florida’s Prepaid Toll Program device) will be provided for FREE your convenience and tolls charged during the rental will be charged as indicated by the toll system. ------ JUST A FEW CONDITIONS ------ (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything). If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($150+). (2) NO PETS PREFERRED! If you are traveling with a pet, I just ask that you keep the vehicle clean and free of all pet hair etc. I ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles will incur additional cleaning fees. (3) Turo App Required. For all of our bookings, i do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. (4) If you need any additional time during your rental please send me a message as there will be an hourly charge for the added time. You may also extend your rental prior to end time for a much better rate. (5) The speed is limited to 90mph. This is for renter safety and safe keeping of Bluemoon. (6) The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be a $25 cleaning charge.
