Once on board, be sure to take the NORTH bound train and exit at the subsequent stop, TUKWILA STATION We've implemented a secure lockbox system for contactless entry. To receive the access code, kindly upload a photo of both the front and back of your driver's license, as well as a picture of yourself next to the vehicle. I’ve used turo quite a bit and this was my poorest experience. It said SeaTac airport pick up. This is not correct. After booking, they inform you there is a short train ride - it’s only one stop. But it’s in south Seattle and it’s not a safe area, esp for a female solo traveler. While I was trying to get into the car there were at least 2 methheads and a few other sketchy characters lingering. Maria’s husband was very nice, yet he approached me without saying who he was so I was taken aback at first, clearly in guard b/c of the environment. The car felt like it was falling apart. I realize a 2012 model wouldn’t be like a new Tesla, but on top of it being damaged by a prior customer, the was duct tape under the steering wheel that was falling off. I was afraid to drive it, yet Maria’s husband assured me if was ok. It got me from point A to B, yet I would not rent this car nor pick up a car at a train station in south Seattle for personal safety. A guy would probably not have any issues or think twice about this- yet letting the ladies know to select elsewhere.

Ok, host was very responsive and very nice. the car is very great on MPG, which is a plus! i requested to extend my time and the host was quick and accepted the changes fast. For the cons… the Advertised pictures needs to be updated. upon arriving, there was A LOT of body damage around the vehicle which was not shown in the advertised pictures. i wish i would have known before reserving and paying for the rental. Another con, the rear view mirror is terrible when it comes to driving , i could not focus with how many it shakes and vibrates during driving. other than that, the trip was good .
