Car was just as described. Directions and instructions clear for pickup and drop off. The pickup was offsite, and had to take a lengthy shuttle from the airport, but it worked out fine. Happy renter!

Evgueni was so helpful especially with a first time user such as myself. I really do appreciate him making this process a super easy one by walking or I should say, talking me through the directions to get to the car for pick up and also on how to return the car for drop off.

Evgueni was wonderful. I rented his 2019 Jetta for an out of town last min. emergency trip. The car drove very nice & smooth, it had heated seats, & steering wheel which came in handy cause it was very cold out. Communication with Evgueni was very pleasant, I definitely will be renting from him in the future. I will also be referring him to my family & friends. If you want a good reliable car & pleasant rental experience you gotta go through Evgueni for your car rental needs.

Eugueni is very flexible! I mistakenly booked the car for Friday - Monday but meant to book for Thursday - Sunday and he responded quickly to the last minute change and helped us out! The car was clean, instructions were clear and concise and his communication was great.
