Dear customer! Thank you very much for renting our car. WE hope you have a great trip and enjoy Florida! In order to serve you better, please send us your flight and arrival time information and in case you have any doubt, please just send us a message through the TURO application and we will reply as soon as possible! Deliveries at Orlando (MCO) airports will be made upon arrival at the curb. By the time you've already landed, please send us a message. After you picked up your luggage, send us another message informing us which terminal (A, B or C at MCO Airport) and which row you want to pick it up. We will arrive at a maximum of 15 minutes. ATTENTION: Pick up and drop off at curb only can be effected from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in case your flight arrives out of the time limit or it delays, the car will be left in the parking lot of the airport (Terminal parking garage). If it happens, the customer will have to pay the parking as a refund through the TURO application. There is a toll transponder on the car. When we left the car for you, we will send you a text message about the exact location of the car and where the key will be at. In case you left the car for us, it is necessary that you send us the coordinates of it. SunPass SERVICE: How do Tolls work? There is a toll transponder on the car. Use it by simply taking an FL toll road and take the SunPass/EZ-Pass lanes. Simply take on the toll roads. You will get a discount from the posted rates and save time, especially during peak times. Do NOT bring your own mobile Toll transponder/pay coins/cash as you will be double-charged. You can use SunPass during your entire trip. The amount will be charged in up to 20 days by requesting a refund by the TURO application. Leave from State WE DO NOT AUTHORIZE leave from the state with our vehicle. If you leave the state, any cost of maintenance, towing, tolls, or any type of repair will be 100% of the customer's responsibility. Please, no smoking in the car. You can be penalized it can be up to $ 200.00. Lose the key FOB? Depending on the lost key you can be charged, it can be up to $ 400.00. Example: A new Tesla key may cost more than that Turo Customer Support (United States): 1-415-965-4525.

This vehicle was filthy the car is a smoker car. I had to knock on door to find out where to leave the key. I wasn’t very happy when I reach the car. Also the cv joints are going out. It makes a clacking noise when you turn.

My cara was in very good conditions during your reservation, i send text to you giving all over the information about the chec in and check out. also, the car was smoke smelling after you reservation. I had to pay someone to clean it. The gas dindn´t go back with the same level too. In addtion you were very disrespctful, Definitely i don´t reccomend you as client.
