Return anytime without meeting up. - REMOTE KEY HAND-OFF via TuroGo is available. No meet ups required! Please message for more detailed instructions. PLEASE NOTE: - Do not smoke in the car, the maximum applicable smoking fee will be addressed if there are any lingering smell of cigarettes. - The car will be ready for you with a full tank, so please return it with a full tank. - No pets please

  • Can I extend my reservation or end it earlier?

    If it is possible and there aren’t overlapping reservations we will do our best to accommodate. Car is used exclusively for Turo rentals. Trip extensions and modifications are only valid if requested through the Turo app then approved (by host).   • What is your cleaning policy?

    This car is hand waxed with Carnuba wax and washed with a touchless cleaning process to prevent scratches to the paint. Please do not bring to a carwash. Light dirt, crumbs are insignificant and will not be charged. Normal amounts of road dirt you won’t be charged for.   • Are my passengers allowed to drive?

    ONLY USE PREMIUM GAS 91+ OCTANE. Please provide receipts of all refuels in premium. Guests are responsible for refueling. We document the fuel level at check-in and usually keep it Full. Please refuel before dropping off at one of the two closest gas stations listed below.   • What happens if I am late in returning the rental?

The car was a lot of fun to drive through Napa and along the coast. Very easy to figure out the controls including the convertible roof. Has a USB port to charge phones under the center armrest. Would drive again. Felix was very responsive over text.
