He was on time and met all my needs even when I asked for a couple extra hours earlier or later.

The car was not cleaned at all!, the tire was flat the whole time, I found a black n mild in the back seat along with a bottle of water. It was not sanitized or anything for COVID and once I was ready to drop it back off the tire went completely flat!! The worse rental I’ve had PERIOD!!!
