All receipts must be kept in the glove box as proof. • We provide a washed, vacuumed, and sanitized vehicle at the beginning of each trip. • It will have a full tank of gas (please return it with a full tank so that you don't have to incur a charge). • Food and water are fine, but please return the vehicle as it came, including smelling clean (a charge of up to $150 for cleaning could be issued if not). • If you don't have time to refill gas there will be an additional charge for missing gas. • The vehicle will be extensively photographed before and after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee. • No smoking/marijuana/ fragrance/air fresheners. Any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charged up to $150. WE CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH. • Lost or damaged keys will incur a fee. • All trips can start only at booked "trip start time" or later and end on or before the booked trip end time. If you would like to get a vehicle earlier than originally booked, or you need it for a longer time, please go to your trip details and push the "modify trip button" to request a change. Please make all extensions in advance and reflect the correct drop-off time to avoid issues. IMPORTANT RULES: 1) No smoking in the car. You may be subject to a $150 fine 2) No burnouts - tire tread depth checked 3) Eating or drinking in the car is ok. HOWEVER, we do not want to find mushy food crumbs between/under the seats.
