Black 2012 Honda Civic. Great car for running around the city and road trips. USB Audio interface, tire pressure monitoring system, remote trunk release w/lock, CD player, cruise control, daytime running lights, trip computer, variable Speed Intermittent Wipers, great gas mileage. We offer delivery now to SeaTac airport as well, delivery is contactless and involves parking off site from the airport. For even more convenience we can park at a parking lot if guests want to pay for parking, please let us know so we can set that up.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We now offer easy contactless check-in/check-out for most trips. All trips require punctual check-in, a guest who does not check-in within 30 minutes after the trip started will have the trip cancelled. This does not necessarily apply to trips at the airport if there is a verified delay in arrival. We offer delivery and will make every attempt to deliver as close to the requested location as possible. We are now delivering to Sea-Tac airport for trips longer than 2 days. We do not deliver at the terminal, our rentals are contactless so the car will be delivered to a local business close to the airport. Parking at the airport can be accommodated if the guest wishes to pay for parking. There is a $50 charge if the lockbox is damaged, or lost. We do not allow pets in our vehicles, evidence of a pet in the vehicle will incur a pet cleaning fee of $150 minimum. Smoking of any kind by the guest or the guests passengers is forbidden, a fee of $150 or more will be charged for use of tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers used in my car. Furthermore, if the interior of the car is damaged by smoking there may be additional charges to fix the damage. We provide you with a clean, sanitized vehicle and we expect to get the car back in the same condition in which it was checked into. There will be a $50 hazardous cleaning fee assed for any PCP'S (ie masks, gloves, etc.) and/or items used for personal cleaning (ie diapers, diaper wipes, dental floss, etc.). There may be extra cleaning fees if the car is returned more than lightly dirty inside or light service street dust outside. PLEASE TREAT OUR CAR AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN! Lastly, we offer several ‘extra’ options that might be of interest, please see the extra's link for details before booking. Overall good communication and car worked well. We did have to wait about 10 minutes standing outside the car before the lockbox code was sent. Car is a little beat up (scratches, dents, stains) but very clean otherwise. Would highly recommend still for the price.

I was supposed to get a text an hour before pickup to let me know where the car was. I could not get a hold of him and had to call customer service. He then text me 15 mins before pick up so I had to sit at the airport cause I didn’t know where It was. Also there was supposed to be an airport shuttle I could take to pick it up at a near by hotel. There was not one so it cost us and extra $38 Uber on top of the $55 for airport delivery. The car worked fine but was pretty beat up. Everything else went fine and the end of the trip I received texts on time as to where to drop off

The information as to the location of the car is provided once the customer is ready to pickup. This information was relayed to her 10 minutes past an hour. Airport shuttles has nothing to do with the service of the rental. Most customers walk to the car because it is walking distance from the airport. An Uber DOES NOT cost $38 from the airport to the location of the car. The car has a few small dings from previous renters.

The car was exactly as expected and the host was responsive. The car drove well although the odometer did not work. My only recommendation would be to make sure you know how you are getting to the car. We had a multi-location trip, so we had five luggage items and had to take a $25 cab to get the 0.8 miles to the car pickup location. We ubered on the way back, but it was still $20. With all this said, the car was still more affordable than the bigger companies and that’s why it’s worth 5 stars. It’s more a planning point than a breaking point. I would definitely rent from Quintin again.

Quintin’s car was delivered on time and Rene was very helpful! The car will actually be found at a nearby hotel about a mile away depending on which terminal you come out of. If you have a lot of luggage (or have kids) it’s best to have one person walk there to pick up the car while the others watch the belongings. We timed it and it was a 17 minute from when we walked out of the airport doors. Overall, the car was convenient and fuel efficient!

The car was great for our family trip. We paid for drop-off at the airport which was right on time and the communication was excellent. The Honda ran like a champ. The drop-off was an easy process. I would like to see an option for early drop-off in the future from Turo.
