We waited in the parking garage for 20 minutes, with no response to messages, trying to find our car. Instructions said it was on a certain floor, but it wasn’t. Not what you want when you land at night, even though we were on time based on our booking. Was able to find a cell number for the owner and connected with them from there. Car was in great condition and had no problems after pickup.
