We would like to introduce you to our newest Italian family member at Strom Fleet! She has everything you need to cruise around town or take that special out of town trip. Parking sensors, back up camera, heated seats, Sun/Moon Roof for those star gazers, and so much more. This vehicle has been custom wrapped for a classy two tone look, paired with custom powder coated rims, and an Elite VIP vehicle badge just for starters. This vehicle is excellent on gas and can fit into virtually any parking spot due to its size. WHY RENT A LOUNGE: For those travelers interested in some ridiculous fun, the LOUNGE will deliver that experience. It's luxurious, powerful and very spacious. Our 6' 4" guests tell us how roomy and comfortable the interior cabin is. PLEASE REMEMBER this "LOW FRONT HEIGHT" when parking or driving over large speed bumps TO PREVENT DAMAGE to front spoiler. 2. FUEL is REGULAR (87); MID-GRADE (89); or PREMIUM GAS (91). 3. DELIVERED CLEAN with FULL TANK of GAS. 4. RETURN CLEAN with FULL TANK of GAS. If you run out of time, no problem, we can bill you the refill costs plus the Turo Convienence Fee through the Turo App at the end of your trip. Or as a convenience you can purchase the "Pre-Pay Refuel" for ($40.00) under Extras at time of booking. 5. CAR WASH/AUTO SPA: All our cars are hand washed so NO Car Washes. The pre-paid General cleaning fee of ($25.00) is under "EXTRAS" please add at time of booking. 6. NO SMOKING of any kind including Marijuana or Electronic Vaping, etc. A special cleaning fee of ($250.00) will be billed immediately. 7. NO PETS cleaning fee up to ($250.00). 8. LOST KEY replacement and reprogramming costs is up to ($450.00).

  • DO YOU DELIVER AND/OR PICK UP THE CAR CURBSIDE OR DO I NEED TO TAKE UBER, LYFT OR A CAB?

    Want to save time, money, and add convenience to your trip? We offer CURBSIDE delivery for a "FLAT FEE" of ($35.00). It works out to being ($17.50) each way for vehicle drop off or pick up for a total cost of ($35.00). We pick up or drop off at various locations; airport, hotels, train stations, other locations. See "Delivery and Locations" for more detailed information or reach out to us through the Turo App with any questions you may have.

  • HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL DRIVERS TO THE TRIP?

    To add any additional drivers to the trip they need to create a Turo Account and go through the same approval process as the "Primary Driver." You can add up to six more drivers to most trips but some rules apply depending on trip location and host type. The "Primary Driver" must be the one to pick up and return the vehicle.   • NO SMOKING POLICY?

    There is NO SMOKING of any kind including Marijuana or Electronic Vaping etc. inside the vehicle. In the event this occurs a "Special" cleaning fee of up to ($250.00) will be billed immediately. Please remember any type of marijuana or other odorous smell will incur the higher cleaning fees. If you are smoking marijuana for medical or other purposes, please ensure your clothing is not transferring any smell to the interior of the vehicle. Thank you for your consideration of us and our future guests.

  • DO I NEED TO RETURN VEHICLE WITH FULL TANK OF GAS? WHAT TYPE OF GAS IS USED?

    The vehicle will be DELIVERED to the "PRIMARY DRIVER" with a FULL TANK OF GAS. If you run out of time and are not able to refill, no problem. For your convenience we will refill it for you and the gas cost with Turo's $10.00 Convenience Fee will be billed separately when your trip ends. As an alternative, you can purchase the "Pre-Pay Refuel" under "Extras" at time of booking for a flat fee of ($40.00). If you drive the car around after refilling BUT the gas gauge still registers full PLEASE TOP IT UP TO ENSURE IT IS FULL. FUEL is either REGULAR (87); MID-GRADE (89); or PREMIUM GAS (91). Please KEEP FINAL RECEIPT to confirm gas refill purchase when vehicle is returned.

  • DO I NEED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE CLEAN?

    Return the vehicle hassle free without worrying about cleaning it after your trip. All our vehicles have SPECIAL AFTER MARKET CUSTOMIZED FEATURES (custom rims, vehicle body wraps etc), thus are "HAND WASHED ONLY using special cleaning and protection products." PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUR VEHICLES THROUGH ANY AUTOMATIC OR HAND HELD CAR WASH SYSTEMS. Our "GENERAL CLEANING FEE" is ($25.00) and is located for adding under the EXTRA heading when the reservation is being booked. "NOTE": The "General" cleaning fee referenced above does NOT cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or any type of smoke or offensive odor removal. These "Special" fees range between ($50.00 to $250.00).

  • HOW ARE DAMAGE CLAIMS HANDLED?

    Any CURB RASH, TIRE DAMAGE, or any other damages occur during a Guest's trip, it is the Guest's full responsibility to cover the costs for repairs and/or replacement per Turo's policy. The Host's reimbursement costs will be billed immediately to the Guest (PRIMARY DRIVER on the reservation). Should a damage claim occur, Turo first encourages the host and guest to work out any damage claims among themselves. If they are unable to do so the Host will request the matter be escalated with Turo for their handling. In the event Turo has to assist with any damage claim they will charge the guest additional fees on top of the repair fees until the claim is settled with the host. The repair rate for a damaged rim is ($151.75) each. Tire replacement will be the full cost incurred by the host to have it replaced. Those costs include the tire purchase, dismounting, mounting, disposal and any other fees charged by the tire shop. More extensive damage claims are handled directly by Turo and within their policy guidelines.

  • HOW SHOULD I HANDLE TOLL FEES, PARKING TICKETS, TOWING & IMPOUND FEES FOR VIOLATIONS?

    "Toll Fees" and "Parking Ticket(s)" will be billed directly to Turo Guests through the Turo App. "Towing and Impound" fees incurred from other parking violations will be immediately billed directly to the Guest in compliance with Turo's Policies. Any other damages that occur as a result of tow or impound will be the sole responsibility of the Guest and billed immediately.

  • ARE YOU FLEXIBLE WITH EXTRA MILEAGE?

    Yes. The charge for going over is ($.79) per mile and billed at the end of your trip. OR You can pay for unlimited miles for an additional ($120/day) and save more on the front end if you know you’re going to go over on your allotted mileage.

  • CAN I PICK UP THE VEHICLE EARLY OR RETURN IT LATER IF MY PLANS CHANGE?

    Please contact us through the Turo app if your plans change during your reservation. If you would like to have the vehicle sooner or need to extend the return time. Should a change arise as it sometimes does we will do our very best to accommodate you (schedules permitting, and availability of the vehicle booked).

  • CAN I USE VEHICLE FOR RACING, OFF-ROADING, OR FOR MOVING?

    Going racing, off-roading, or using this vehicle for moving violates Turo's Policies AND voids the insurance if any damage(s) occurs.

  • ARE THERE COVID-19 SPECIAL CLEANING & DISINFECTING REQUIREMENTS IN PLACE?

    COVID-19 Special Cleaning & Disinfecting requirements are in place, and being complied with prior to each booking. Our team has taken extra precautionary measures by using a portable "Disinfecting Ultra-Violet light" throughout the vehicle since UV Lights are known to kill 99.9% of harmful viruses, germs, and bacteria.
