The car was clean at pickup, but there was confusion since the plate was difficult from the photo. I notified the owner that it had a Marijuana odor and he messaged me back immediately. I appreciate the prompt reply. Drop off was easy. A+ that he allows airport pickup without an additional fee (you pay parking at pickup).

with the exception of giving us a photo of the wrong car, which took us an additional 30 minutes to figure out where the right one was, everything went very smooth
