Our pick up location is the closed business called the Mackenzie Market. Please pick up and return to this location. Our insurance does not allow for your personal vehicle to be on the lot at all. There are many spots along the street that you can park a personal vehicle.

The vehicle I rented from Jj was great, a 2016 Fiat 500. It was very clean when picked up, drove well, and I was very pleased. Note that you need to remember when you return the vehicle to 1) mount the lock box on the window before turning it off, close the window, get out of the car, then lock the car, then put the key in the lockbox. To lock the lockbox, there is a little tab on the bottom that needs to be lifted to finally lock it. Then take a picture of the car to show Jj where it is. Jj was very available if needed. I would rent again at a moment's notice.

Other than trying to find the location of the car at night the first night was challenging, the rest of the trip and the return of the car was easy. car is nice and great for small space parking!

JJ was extremely helpful, first time using Turo. He walked me thru all of it, appreciated the time he spent doing that. The car was excellent, loved it. Plan on using JJ vehicle again when I come back out here for work.

Great experience renting from JJ. The car was clean and gas tank full when I picked it up which I appreciated. And he was kindly accommodating when I needed to adjust my trip at the last moment.
