Khuong was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We picked up the car with ease and he was able to assist with the tires when we noticed the tire pressure was off. Clear pick up and drop off instructions and the car drove well.

The car was very clean and in great condition. It drives nice and I liked having a cruise control. The only problem I had was using the Bluetooth to make phone calls as it was very hard for people on the other end of a call to hear me when I was driving. I think it's an aftermarket system with low end sound quality and a poor microphone. It was still nice to have the USB port to play music from my thumb drive.

The car was very clean and in very good mechanical condition. Pick up and drop off was very easy as well! Will definitely consider renting one of Khoung's vehicles next time I'm in the Bay area.
