1. Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO VAPING and/or NO DRUG USAGE of any kind are permitted. You will be charged a fee of several hundred dollars in accordance to Turo’s policy if any evidence of these activities is found. I appreciate your cooperation! 2. Pet-Free Policy: To maintain a pet-free environment for those with allergies or sensitivities, we kindly ask that you do not bring any pets into the Mazda Miata. We understand that your furry companions are part of the family, but we hope you understand our policy. 3. Per Turo policy, no off roading on undeveloped or unimproved roads, otherwise a penalty will be charged. 4. Return with a Full Tank or the same level as you received 5. To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, we kindly request that you treat this vehicle with care and respect. Please drive responsibly, obey traffic rules, and avoid any actions that could damage the Mazda Miata's interior or exterior. 6. Cleanliness is Key: We appreciate your efforts in keeping the Mazda Miata clean and tidy. Please return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. While we understand that a little dirt is inevitable, we kindly request that you dispose of trash properly and wipe up any spills or messes. 7. Communication is Key: In the event of any issues during your trip, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately. We are committed to providing prompt assistance and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our valued guests. 8. Timely Returns: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request that you adhere to the agreed-upon return time as much as possible. This allows us to prepare the Mazda Miata for the next guest and avoid any scheduling conflicts. 9. This car is registered with a Fastrak account, any toll will be charged to guest after the trip. 10. Airport Parking The Guest pays for parking to exit the Airport terminal parking. The vehicles can arrive close to booking time, but often for logistical reasons sometimes it is earlier. The parking rate is $8-10/hr. We will do our best to adjust for delayed flights.
