You will be picking up and dropping off the car at the Fifth and Mission Garage on 5th and Mission Streets in SoMa. If you are picking up the car from the charging station, please do not forget to take the charging adapter with you, or else there will be a $125 charge for the lost adapter. You will need the keycard to get out of the garage. It is $125 if lost as well. At the end of the trip, the car is required to be returned to the 2nd or higher floor, ideally near an elevator if you can. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE FIRST FLOOR, IN THE CHARGING STATION AREA, OR ANYWHERE ELSE WITHOUT CONFIRMING FIRST OR IF I SAY, even if you picked up the car from there. Please also note that in order for cars to be parked in a charging station stall, they must be actively plugged in and charging, so if you leave the car there without it being plugged in or the charging station activated and charging, you will get a ticket and possibly a tow. If you have any doubt about your spot at all, just call me to confirm but BEFORE ending the trip.

**COVID-19 UPDATE: Your health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic is my utmost priority. My cars are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between rentals. As a result, all rentals through the pandemic will be charged a mandatory $35 COVID Cleaning Fee after the rental, but the rental rate has also been reduced to help offset the charge. Thank you for your understanding** - Renters are required to upload full and complete photos of the car, odometer and their license(s) to the Turo app before and after the trip. - Car is required to be returned clean and charged with at least 80% remaining charge. Not returning the car with sufficient charge will incur a $50 fee unless you purchase the prepaid recharge option. - No pets, smoking, vaping, food or drink in the car during the rental. Any spills, smells, hair or damages to the car will incur heavy cleaning charges, so please keep it neat! - Renter responsible for the charging costs during rental. You can use the Tesla Superchargers and I will bill you for usage in bulk after your rental. Superchargers can be found by searching on the GPS system in the car. For 3rd party apps like ChargePoint, download their apps, set up an account and use the map to find a charger nearest to your nearest location. Remember, any rental returned with less than 80% battery will be charged a $50 recharging fee—no exceptions. You can avoid this by prepaying for charging or by just being kind to the next driver and recharging before you return!
