Car worked great as advertised! Very good communication with car renter, was flexible with meet time and was very responsive. Would rent again.

Car is older, seats could be cleaner and less scratches. But all in all it was a fun car for my girls to drive around town.

Seats were clean, a scratch or two on a 12 years old car is normal, sorry we couldn’t provide you with a 2022 Vehicle condition seats

This car is in bad shape. The biggest problem is that the battery needs to be replaced. After every single trip I took, no matter how short or long, the battery would die and I would have to jump the car. Ended up returning the car early because it was such a hassle. Also, the transmission and brakes kept having “reduced functionality” warnings. Not what you want to hear about your car’s brakes. Beyond that, the outside and inside of the car are beaten up - scratches, dings and dents everywhere. Last the convertible top takes 5+ tries every time you want to lower it, mostly it just gets stuck halfway through the process.

Car doesn’t have any mechanical issues, you drained the battery and when battery is week on a bmw it will give you random warnings, a week after your trip started you notified us of the car not starting, we offered to come to you to replace it even though it was your responsibility, you didn’t accept the offer you went ahead and jump started it and kept it even though we told you it will eventually happen again and that the battery needs replacement, you’re one of a kind.
