Chioma was a awesome host for my first experience with Turo. He’s a great communicator and the car was perfect!! When you guys are in Austin and need a ride from a excellent host, book with Chioma, thanks again bro!!

The car itself is overall great, but the host isn’t. We rented the car for one day, got it on a quarter full. Austin, TX just had a rain storm so I got the car washed right before returning it and filled it completely up. The host made me wait outside her apartment for the keys and she told me that she didn’t hear her phone. On top of that, returning it was the same issue. She wasn’t answering in a timely manner and when she did after telling her I had to pick my child up, she told me to leave the keys in the car. Then she messages me later to tell me that I returned the car very dirty like I didn’t upload pictures of the car prior to the return like we’re suppose to. I won’t be renting from this host again the common courtesy isn’t there at all.

The client lied about washing the car. I took photos to show that she lied. She should have just owned up. Secondly, the car was given to her at 7/8 tank, and that was what was recorded on the app so the client could have returned it just the way she got it.
