The car began to shake and a light popped on the first time I tried to actually use the car. It had to be towed back to him. Very upset as I literally only rented the car so I could go to LA today and meet with some family. I didn’t even get 5 miles from my hotel and had to cancel.

Im sorry you were not happy with your rental but just to clarify for the public. The tire pressure light turned on because the guest ran over a nail. It’s unfortunate but these things can happen and is out of my control.
