General Guidelines: 1. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED: - The cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. A $100 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell. A pet fee of $75 if any pet hairs are found upon return. 2. CLEANLINESS: - Please return the car in the same condition as it was when it was dropped off to you. The car is registered with Quick Quack Car Wash, so feel free to run the car through the wash before returning it. Remember to throw away any drinks, food, etc when returning the car. A cleanup fee of $100 will be charged if the car is returned dirty. 3. FUEL: - Please return the car with at least the same fuel level as when it was delivered to you. The fuel grade for each car could be found on the gas cap or on the gas cover door. If the car is returned with a lower fuel level than it was initially, you will be charged for the refueling plus a $10 fee. For a hassle free trip, please consider purchasing the prepaid fuel so you won't need to worry about the fuel level when checking out. 4. MILEAGE: - Unless the car have the ‘Unlimited Miles’ badge, millage will limited. Anything over the limit will be charged per mile according to Turo guidelines. 5. ROAD SAFETY: - Please practice safe driving habits. DO NOT drive recklessly which includes, but is not limited to speeding, weaving through traffic, cutting off other drivers, not signaling when changing lanes, etc. ***This car is equipped with a GPS tracking device to protect the guest in the event of an accident or theft.***

  • How do I upload a picture to the trip photos?

    On the app, go to Trips on the bottom of the screen. Click into the trip booking and click on Add Photos next to Trip Photos. Upload any relevant pictures. On the website, go to Trips and click on Booked. Click into the booking and scroll down. Once you see Trip Photos, click on Share Photo and upload any relevant pictures.

  • Something's come up and I need to change my booking, how do I do that?

    On the app, go to Trips on the bottom of the screen. Click into the trip booking and click on Change Booking. On the website, go to Trips and click on Booked. Click into the booking and click Change Booking.

  • How do I get the keys when I get there?

    Please take a selfie of you and the car so I can confirm that it's you picking it up. Upload the picture to the trip photos and let me know. Within the 24 hours window, please take a picture of your driver's license and upload it to the trip photos. I'll also message you through Turo or through text to remind you as well.
