The car suited my needs. The pick up location was close to the airport, which worked perfectly for me. Economical, small, easy to manoeuvre. It performed well during my 6-7 day trip. I went to Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park. I stopped only twice to refuel and it cost me about 50$ total which I find pretty good. After three years with no driving, this Honda Fit was a great choice to remember again the feeling of being behind the wheel. No phone holder or charger, so be prepared and bring your own. I loved my time with it ! The host is easy going and friendly !

Easy pickup and drop off and a communicative host. Only slight downside was that the car wasn’t particularly clean - had some trash and dirt from the prior trip

I'm a first time Turo customer... I didn't realize I had to take the car to a car wash to clean it until the day I was returning it, that changed my timeline. Also there has to be better communication as to where to pickup the vehicle, it was not at the address provided. I had to call the host after going into two business trying to locate the vehicle, this was after walking 1/4 mile from the airport in the heat with luggage. He said he sent an email but I never received it. We get to the vehicle only to find out the doors were locked with the key hidden inside, I had to call the host again and then he had to drive to us to open the car door. After all that the car was great but this host needs to run his business much better, too many rookie mistakes!
