The car itself was clean and worked well, it just had a weird smell (a little like cat urine until the air freshener started working). The place where you pick it up is more of a problem tho. It’s a small car dealership in a sketchier part of town that made me a little scared to pick up and drop off alone as a woman traveling solo. You have to pull to the side of the main (and busy) road to get out and manually open the padlock to the big heavy gate to pull the car in. I would just rather not deal with the hassle, especially if I were picking up and dropping off at night!

We'll take this matter seriously and have already allranged for a deep clean and inspection to ensure this doesn't happen again for our future guest. Our lot is well lid at night w/cameras around. The gate equipped w/wheels to help w/ease of use, but we'll take close look. Thanks again for your valuable inputs
