Was a hassle finding the car, had to have her come and help me find it because the person before me parked it without letting her know where. Rubber part of door on back left door is coming off and ended up switching car seats to the other side. Not a big deal but didn’t look good. When I did get the car it was very dirty on the in and outside. Whoever left it last didn’t make sure to clean it up a bit.

The car was easy to access and the owner was flexible allowing me to take the vehicle for longer than originally planned. The car went well and met my needs

Communication is terrible. Pick-up details were not available and my message on the Turo app was ignored. Host wanted me to drop off the car at a different location, but ignored my texts for days about drop-off details until 11pm the night prior. She also offered a discount for this request which was not fulfilled. The car had a slow leak in a tire which the host knew about and failed to mention before pick-up. On pick-up day, she told me to just take it to jiffy lube to get the tires pumped, which I should not have had to do. I took the car to jiffy lube 3x during this 1-month rental. My text informing her of this was ignored. The car was very messy inside. I vacuumed, threw away used tissues, etc. Turo hosts are usually great, however I was very disappointed with this particular Turo experience.
