Pick up and drop off location are the same location at ( 1201 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75075) Our vehicles are super clean inside and outside, sanitized and disinfected, and well maintained, that provides our customers more comfortability and smooth driving. We always hand you the car full of gas tank. Tollways are chargeable when you use any tollway.

Not a nice person, he wasted my time coming to pick up the vehicle i stool outside waiting for almost 30mins, and when i was late for about 30mins he then wantsto charge me for a dsy trip.. Very inconsiderate nam please dont book his vehicle, very unkept vehicle and doors dont open from the drivers side..dnt rent his Hyundai Elantra.

Sorry to hear that, unfortunately you trip starts at 6:30 am and yes I was late 7 to 10 minutes and while you there was handing over two vehicles at the same time. Within 20 minutes you were rolling and sorry about that delay. Welcome back and I'll do my best to keep you satisfied in your next time.
