Fantastic guest!
Excellent communication, punctual, and took great care of the vehicle. Returned it clean and with a full tank. Would definitely rent to them again — highly recommended to other hosts!

Love this car . Beautiful car . I had no issues , everything was smooth from the check in until check out , very fast at communication whenever I had any questions , would definitely rent again

The car was very nice, but the experience was very disappointing.
While the vehicle itself looked great, major functionality issues made my trip a failure. The infotainment screen and the left side of the steering wheel were completely non-functional, which made it extremely difficult—and unsafe—to operate the car properly. The host did try to send instructions to fix it, but unfortunately, nothing worked.
I had no choice but to return the vehicle early and contact Turo for assistance in finding a replacement. Unfortunately, it was a holiday weekend, and no vehicles were available last minute. I ended up missing my hotel stay and losing money because I couldn’t continue my trip.
From my research, this issue is a common problem with these cars and needs to be addressed.

I have personally test the vehicle the last fews days after being fitted for 4 brand new tires, alignment and full inspection the day prior to insure optimal performance as we understand how stressful that can be for our guests.
We deeply regret you did not have a 5 star experience that we aim to have our guests to have and would love the opportunity to make it right.
