Wonderful host! I missed my flight and was running late and she switched vehicles so that I would have no issues without an extra charge. The car worked wonderful, I had no issues.

Vehicle was on location and ready. Host answered promptly upon arrival. Host informed if needed to reimburse me for having to clean the vehicle because the last guest left what looked like animal hair on the seats. Other than that everything was awesome. Would definitely use Sarathy again
