We want to assure all our renter's your safety and satisfaction is always our priority. We want to make sure your rental experience is a pleasant and an easy one. In return, our expectations are very simple and require no effort on your part. We want you to respect our cars and make sure you bring it back in the same condition you picked up. We ask that you bring it back with the same amount of fuel or charge (electric car) you picked up with. If for any reason you're not able, we will submit an invoice for the fuel or charge within the Turo Guidelines. We also expect the car comes back clean to the best of your ability. But we will NOT TOLERATE smoking in any form PERIOD. If you decide to smoke in our cars, we will submit a $250 cleaning charge per Turo guidelines and will assure you that you will get a 1 star review with a detailed public comment.
