• Can the inside get wet?

  Yes. The Polaris Slingshot has Marine grade everything interior-wise and is made for rain and the elements. This does NOT mean to drive it into the ocean...

• What is the different noises I hear?

  So it is rear wheel drive and the rear works like a motorcycle with a belt. At different speeds you will hear different sounds but it is perfectly safe and just part of the experience.

• Are slingshots loud?

  Think of them as an oversized gokart that goes really fast.

• How do I put gas in it and what type?

  Behind the seats at the top you will see the black colored gas cap on the drive side. Please use PREMIUM GAS and pay attention to how much goes in. The Polaris Slingshot is built more like a motorcycle, when re-fueling pay attention as you fill to reduce spillage.

• Toll transponder & toll road usage

  You can enjoy our toll roads to save time while traveling. For your convenience there is a E-Pass toll saver attached to the vehicle for convenient nonstop travel on all Florida toll roads, express lanes and most bridges. You will be billed for any tolls used after your trip is completed and we receive the invoice. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN TOLL PASS our toll pass will still be charged and you will get billed twice!

• What if I’m running late for pick up & return?

  BE ADVISED COMFORT ABOVE HOURS ARE 7am-10pm. If there is a delay on your return or pick up time please let us know ASAP by messaging through the Turo app and calling / texting. Contact us at #321-999-9912 Turo’s insurance will not cover you or us 30 min past the check out time you selected. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THERE MAY BE ANOTHER BOOKING DIRECTLY AFTER YOU! IF YOU PICK UP THE CAR AFTER YOUR TIME SELECTED THIS WILL NOT EXTEND YOUR TIME OF RETURN. Your drop off time is what you selected! TURO does not tolerate late drop off and will charge you!
