When you look at this car inside and out it’s really hard to believe that this is a mid size sedan coming from Kia, but yet in my opinion this is one of the best looking family sedan often get mistaken for a luxury vehicle. The Optima SX will surprise you when you get in, guests will be impress with the interior design. The most aggressive and powerful engine, a 2.0-liter turbocharged I-4 that produces 245 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque (also mated to a six-speed automatic), manages to deliver 22/31 mpg. This SX is packaged with so many different features, LED fog lights, giant panoramic sunroof with power sunshade, an 8-inch touchscreen, 10-way power front passenger seat with heat and cooling. Safety features include blind spot detection, rear cross traffic alert and rear parking assist. The Merlot color sport leather seating give it an elegant interior and luxury like design. Working together is the best way to avoid unnecessary fees. Our vehicles are inspected before and after every trips. Please drive responsibly. * SMOKING : We will enforce a special $250 smoking fee to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove or repair any evidence of smoking. * ODOR REMOVAL : It can take upwards of five to eight hours to detail and suck out any smell of vaping, smoking, perfume, car freshener, etc. To offset the extended time needed to clean our vehicles and remove any unpleasant scent for the next renter, after conducting a sniff test a $250 odor removal fee will be assessed. * CLEANING : We expect rental cars to be returned in the same clean condition that they were first rented in. If a vehicle requires excessive cleaning or special cleaning products for upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, beach sand, excessive dust, mud, crumbs of food, etc, a $48 cleaning fee will be applied to your overall rental cost. Pro Tip : Any amount of sunscreen that gets on leather will discolor the leather by leaving behind a white residue which will be very hard to get rid of the longer it stays. Avoid this issue will avoid unnecessary claims. * PET POLICY : Unfortunately this is a non-pet-friendly vehicle. Our office can charge you a cleaning fee of $250 if you return the car with significant amounts of pet hair and Turo can remove you from the platform for violating the Terms of Service. * FUEL REPLACEMENT : For convenience, you may purchase a full tank adding a Prepaid Refuel at the time of rental booking. This method eliminates the need for you to refill the tank before returning. If you do not choose our Prepaid Refuel option and do not return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, we will fill the tank for you and charge you for the costs we incur and the service we provide in doing so. * TOLLS : It’s almost inevitable not getting on a toll road in Florida especially dealing with traffic congestion. All of our vehicles are equipped with a portable SunPass transponder. An administrative $5 fee is assessed for the processing and administration of all tolls. Getting on any toll route, you agree to pay the one time $5 service fee. * SPEEDING : Exceeding posted speed limits, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, donuts, will result the renter paying $150 per incident even if you didn’t received traffic citations. Speeding can be extremely dangerous not only to yourself but to others on the road as well. You are responsible for your actions, a deductible of $2,500 out of pocket to cover any damages caused during your trip. * WHEELS : Be careful with curbs, photos of each rims will be documented before and after each trips. Curb rashes are almost inevitable (When pulling into a curbside parking, avoid rubbing the bumper against the curb, or simply park backing in), if any damage is reported and you are responsible there’s a $200 fee per wheel for the repair. Tire health will also be documented and inspected upon return for any excessive wear and tear due to burnouts, street racing, etc. * INCIDENT/ACCIDENT : In case you are involved in a traffic accident with the rental, you must contact the emergency line immediately. Wait for local authorities to arrive in order to file a police report, never leave the scene before doing so. In addition, you must contact our office directly in order to process a full report by providing the crash report, driver exchange information, etc. * LATE RETURNS : Please make sure to contact our office if you are going to arrive later than the specified return time. Great news! There is generally a 29 minute grace period for daily rentals, if returned within 2 ½ hours additional hourly charges will apply. If you return the vehicle 2 ½ hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental. The vehicle should be returned on time as the next renter may be scheduled immediately after your return. DO NOT cause any damage to any of our vehicles interior or exterior, we will get the bill and then we will pass it on to you. Did you leave your car charger at home? Or your wall charger?   • IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VEHICLE?

    We operate on a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. We will enforce a special $250 smoking fee to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove or repair any evidence of smoking. This includes allowing cigarette/cigar ash or burns into the vehicle, vaping, cannabis odor/debris, etc.

  • DO I HAVE TO REFUEL THE VEHICLE BEFORE RETURNING?

    All vehicles must be refueled to the same level that you received at the time of pick up. For your convenience we offer Prepaid Refuel which allows you to return my car at any fuel level. Add this Extra while booking the vehicle. If you are running late to return the rental and you could not refuel or chose not to pre-pay your fuel, bring back the vehicle, and we can refuel it for a $10 service fee.

  • DO YOU HAVE A CLEANING POLICY?

    We expect rental cars to be returned in the same clean condition that they were first rented in. If a vehicle requires excessive cleaning or special cleaning products for upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, beach sand, excessive dust, mud, crumbs of food, etc, a $48 cleaning fee will be applied to your overall rental cost.

  • CAN I DRIVE ON A TOLL ROAD IN MY RENTAL CAR?

    Yes you may, and not worry about carrying cash or stopping to pay for tolls. An administrative $5 fee is assessed for the processing and administration of all tolls. Our vehicles are equipped with SunPass transponders, a toll collection program which allows travelers to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay cash.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PICK UP MY RENTAL CAR?

    An acceptable, valid driver's license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental.

  • WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING TICKETS AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS?

    The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any parking citations and/or traffic violations incurred during their rental period. All customers should pay their citations and/or traffic violations immediately to avoid additional fees. If a parking citation and/or traffic violation is received by our office, the customer will be responsible for the amount of the citation plus an administrative fee.

  • HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOUR VEHICLES ARE SAFE FROM THE COVID-19 VIRUS?

    Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers. We are using EPA-certified disinfectants before and after each rental, with special attention paid to: steering wheels, dashboards, hand grips, radio dials, cup holders, center consoles, door handles both inside and outside, Key/key fob, seat belts, climate panels, among any other high-touch areas. Multiple cleanings are done for each vehicle.

  • WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO CLEAN THE RENTAL CARS?

    Clean vehicles have always been important to us, but at this moment in time, we know vehicle cleanliness is even more critical. Each rental vehicle is thoroughly cleaned between every rental. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements.

  • CAN I RETURN THE VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?

    Yes, we do offer one-way trip rentals between select locations. Add this Extra while booking the vehicle. A one-way $120 fee may apply. Up to 50 miles radius from vehicle pick up location in Orlando.

  • I’VE SELECTED AIRPORT DROP OFF AND PICK UP, WHERE DO I GET MY RENTAL?

    With you providing the time of your arrival/departure and name of Airline, I will meet you curbside at the Airport Terminal. Please inform me of any flight delays, soon you landed, and when you’re waiting outside.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY FLIGHT HAS BEEN DELAYED?

    Please inform our office ASAP.

  • CAN I ARRANGE FOR THE CAR TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME, JOB, ETC ? AND DO YOU OFFER LONG DISTANCE DELIVERY?

    Yes, willing to deliver ranging less than a 100 miles away from car location in Orlando. Once vehicle is booked we will need the full delivery address to calculate drop off fee based on distance. Please check out our Pick up and Return locations listed.

  • I NEED A RENTAL IN THE NEXT HOUR CAN I BOOK YOUR CAR?

    Last minute reservations are always welcome. The vehicle is available 24/7 for pick ups and drop offs.

  • CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL BEYOND THE ORIGINAL RETURN DATE ?

    Yes, you are able to extend at anytime depending on availability of vehicle. Simply send the extension request to confirm.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE WHEN PICKING UP THE CAR?

    Please make sure to contact our office if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact us will cause the reservation to be cancelled an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN RETURNING THE CAR?

    Please make sure that you have not left anything inside the vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any forgotten items or lost property.

  • WHAT ARE THE RULES ABOUT CAR CONDITION AT THE TIME OF RETURN?

    Rental vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when picked up. If the vehicle is excessively damaged, dirty or otherwise impaired, a service fee may be assessed after inspection of the vehicle.

  • WHERE WILL I RETURN THE VEHICLE?

    Our vehicles must be returned to the location indicated as your booked drop off or return location. You are not allowed to return the vehicle or leave the vehicle at any other drop off point or facility unless approved by Host.

  • WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES DO YOU OFFER?

    We offer a wide variety of vehicles to suit your car rental needs. From economy, luxury, coupes, full size to compact sedans rental cars. We offer many different makes, late-models and low-mileage fleets to choose from. Every month we update our car rental fleet to suit the needs of our customers.

Promise what ? You’re delusional and a low ball, you can’t want nice things in life but don’t want to pay the price. The Kia was dropped off to you on time at the airport, cleaned, sanitized, fueled, no mechanical issues. Yet you decided to come late and only told me you were running late when I was already close to the airport had me waiting for an hour and you didn’t apologize not once, let’s not forget to mention how you returned the car with pet hair all over. Completely irresponsible

    All vehicles must be refueled to the same level that you received at the time of pick up. For your convenience we offer Prepaid Refuel which allows you to return my car at any fuel level. Add this Extra while booking the vehicle. If you are running late to return the rental and you could not refuel or chose not to pre-pay your fuel, bring back the vehicle, and we can refuel it for a $10 service fee.

  • DO YOU HAVE A CLEANING POLICY?

    We expect rental cars to be returned in the same clean condition that they were first rented in. If a vehicle requires excessive cleaning or special cleaning products for upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, beach sand, excessive dust, mud, crumbs of food, etc, a $48 cleaning fee will be applied to your overall rental cost.

  • CAN I DRIVE ON A TOLL ROAD IN MY RENTAL CAR?

    Yes you may, and not worry about carrying cash or stopping to pay for tolls. An administrative $5 fee is assessed for the processing and administration of all tolls. Our vehicles are equipped with SunPass transponders, a toll collection program which allows travelers to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay cash.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PICK UP MY RENTAL CAR?

    An acceptable, valid driver's license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental.

  • WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING TICKETS AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS?

    The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any parking citations and/or traffic violations incurred during their rental period. All customers should pay their citations and/or traffic violations immediately to avoid additional fees. If a parking citation and/or traffic violation is received by our office, the customer will be responsible for the amount of the citation plus an administrative fee.

  • HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOUR VEHICLES ARE SAFE FROM THE COVID-19 VIRUS?

    Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers. We are using EPA-certified disinfectants before and after each rental, with special attention paid to: steering wheels, dashboards, hand grips, radio dials, cup holders, center consoles, door handles both inside and outside, Key/key fob, seat belts, climate panels, among any other high-touch areas. Multiple cleanings are done for each vehicle.

  • WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO CLEAN THE RENTAL CARS?

    Clean vehicles have always been important to us, but at this moment in time, we know vehicle cleanliness is even more critical. Each rental vehicle is thoroughly cleaned between every rental. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements.

  • CAN I RETURN THE VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?

    Yes, we do offer one-way trip rentals between select locations. Add this Extra while booking the vehicle. A one-way $120 fee may apply. Up to 50 miles radius from vehicle pick up location in Orlando.

  • I’VE SELECTED AIRPORT DROP OFF AND PICK UP, WHERE DO I GET MY RENTAL?

    With you providing the time of your arrival/departure and name of Airline, I will meet you curbside at the Airport Terminal. Please inform me of any flight delays, soon you landed, and when you’re waiting outside.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY FLIGHT HAS BEEN DELAYED?

    Please inform our office ASAP.

  • CAN I ARRANGE FOR THE CAR TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME, JOB, ETC ? AND DO YOU OFFER LONG DISTANCE DELIVERY?

    Yes, willing to deliver ranging less than a 100 miles away from car location in Orlando. Once vehicle is booked we will need the full delivery address to calculate drop off fee based on distance. Please check out our Pick up and Return locations listed.

  • I NEED A RENTAL IN THE NEXT HOUR CAN I BOOK YOUR CAR?

    Last minute reservations are always welcome. The vehicle is available 24/7 for pick ups and drop offs.

  • CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL BEYOND THE ORIGINAL RETURN DATE ?

    Yes, you are able to extend at anytime depending on availability of vehicle. Simply send the extension request to confirm.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE WHEN PICKING UP THE CAR?

    Please make sure to contact our office if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact us will cause the reservation to be cancelled an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN RETURNING THE CAR?

    Please make sure that you have not left anything inside the vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any forgotten items or lost property.

  • WHAT ARE THE RULES ABOUT CAR CONDITION AT THE TIME OF RETURN?

    Rental vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when picked up. If the vehicle is excessively damaged, dirty or otherwise impaired, a service fee may be assessed after inspection of the vehicle.

  • WHERE WILL I RETURN THE VEHICLE?

    Our vehicles must be returned to the location indicated as your booked drop off or return location. You are not allowed to return the vehicle or leave the vehicle at any other drop off point or facility unless approved by Host.

  • WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES DO YOU OFFER?

    We offer a wide variety of vehicles to suit your car rental needs. From economy, luxury, coupes, full size to compact sedans rental cars. We offer many different makes, late-models and low-mileage fleets to choose from. Every month we update our car rental fleet to suit the needs of our customers.

  • CAN MY PET TRAVEL IN THE VEHICLE?

    Unfortunately this is a non-pet-friendly vehicle. Our office can charge you a cleaning fee of $250 if you return the car with significant amounts of pet hair and Turo can remove you from the platform for violating the Terms of Service.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE WHEN RETURNING THE CAR?

    Please make sure to contact our office if you are going to arrive later than the specified return time. Great news! There is generally a 29 minute grace period for daily rentals, if returned within 2 ½ hours additional hourly charges will apply. If you return the vehicle 2 ½ hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental. The vehicle should be returned on time as the next renter may be scheduled immediately after your return.

  • WHAT PROCEDURE SHOULD I FOLLOW IN CASE I AM INVOLVED IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WITH THE RENTAL CAR ?

    In case you are involved in a traffic accident with the rental, you must contact the emergency line immediately. Wait for local authorities to arrive in order to file a police report, never leave the scene before doing so. In addition, you must contact our office directly in order to process a full report by providing the crash report, driver exchange information, etc.

  • IS THERE A PENALTY TO RETURN THE RENTAL EARLY?

    You will only be charged for the hours/days you had the vehicle.

  • DO YOU RENT ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CHILD SAFETY SEATS, OR GPS?

    Yes, please check out our Extras, subject to availability and are on request.

  • HOW CAN I AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY RESERVATION?

    In order to avoid additional charges when picking up your rental, make sure to read the guidelines and rental agreement thoroughly. Our FAQs can also be useful for any confusion.

Promise what ? You’re delusional and a low ball, you can’t want nice things in life but don’t want to pay the price. The Kia was dropped off to you on time at the airport, cleaned, sanitized, fueled, no mechanical issues. Yet you decided to come late and only told me you were running late when I was already close to the airport had me waiting for an hour and you didn’t apologize not once, let’s not forget to mention how you returned the car with pet hair all over. Completely irresponsible
