The car lasted us 2 hours. After that time, the engine started overheating so we had to keep pulling over. We went to the nearest safe place and someone took a look and told us there was no coolant in the car. We drove to the nearest Auto Store to buy coolant. However, even after adding the coolant, the car would stop on us (which was dangerous). We then thought it could be the fuel so we went to Walmart in an unsafe car to buy fuel. Even after adding the fuel the car was no good. Me and my pregnant wife had to wait outside of a closed Walmart for 2 AND A HALF HOURS for him to give us a different car. We missed a whole night of our trip because of this. We was dealing HIS car’s issues for about 10 hours (could’ve been more than that). He promised us a full refund however when the time came he was only saying partial refund. When we brought up the full refund, he then got loud and very very rude to us over the phone. I’m HIGHLY dissatisfied with him and his service. Very unreliable. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. This was the worse road trip experience I’ve ever had to go through.

Wow very shock to read that. You are the most dishonest and ungratefulguest I have ever dealt with. My car did have an issue as certain thing we can’t anticipate. But why are you not mentioning the facts that I manage to swap you to another car drove to hours to you at 2am to give you the car and also told you that I will refund you 2days free for the inconvenience. But as you are greedy and unsatisfied you wanted to have a full refund and drive my car for free for your all trip. Its all good.

At first I was worried because I usually drive SUVs, but this car felt safe and got me where I needed to go. Air conditioning was perfect for both hot and cold needed air.
