Pickup there is convenient with self check-in and check-out. If you need to pickup, drop-off, or have the car delivered anywhere else, you must pay for delivery when booking. In June of 2021, Nashville Airport and Turo signed a contract requiring all pick-ups and drop-offs happen in Terminal Lot A, which has a $15 parking fee. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule. To be fair, you’ll only have to pay this fee one time when you leave the parking lot - I’ll pay it when you return the car back to Terminal Lot A at the end of your trip. I take pride in making sure my vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before and after every trip. If picking up at BNA, I will have the car parked and ready in a Turo designated spot in Terminal Lot A (or if they’re taken another nearby spot) and I will message you with details on obtaining the key once I am able to verify your identify ***(SEE BELOW)***. You will be able to check yourself in and check-out without me being present. From the main terminal, follow the pedestrian walking path between Terminal Garage 1 and the Rental Car building to Terminal Lot A. There are signs reading “Terminal Lot A” with arrows pointing in the right direction along this walking path that will lead you to Terminal Lot A. In June of 2021, Nashville Airport and TURO signed a contract requiring all pick-ups and drop-offs happen in Terminal Lot A, which has a $15 parking fee. IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE APPROVED DRIVER, THERE MUST BE THE FOLLOWING TWO PHOTOS UPLOADED FOR EACH DRIVER AS WELL: 1) A close-up photo of the front of your driver’s license that is clearly legible. 2) A selfie of you holding your license next to your face in which your license is clearly legible. This allows your identity to be properly identified to verify that you and any other approved drivers are the individuals picking-up and driving the vehicle. Turo advises you to delete these photos from the trip photo section of the Turo app after your trip is complete for security purposes.*** When it comes time to check out, please plan on returning the car to Terminal Lot A as well.   • I'm totally new to Turo, how does this process work and what can I expect?

    Welcome! Turo is an awesome community that connects you with local car enthusiasts like myself to avoid the headaches that many people experience with traditional car rental services. Be sure to read the entire description for this vehicle and the guidelines. This FAQ section is always available during your trip if you need to refer back to it. When you get to the car, use the Turo app to check-in. Check-in is a quick process that gives you time to document photos of the car as it was given to you. It will also ask you to document mileage and the level of gasoline in the car. ***Please also include a photo of the front of your driver's license as well as a selfie holding your driver's license that clearly shows each approved driver's face and front of their driver's license in the trip photos section of the Turo app so that Turo and myself have it on record.*** You can use the app any time during your trip to see your receipt, information about the car, details about your trip, and to message me with any questions or concerns you may have. The Turo app is the best way to communicate with me so that all conversations are on record. You will have my cell phone number as well in the event you need to contact me quickly. When it comes time to complete your trip, leave the vehicle in the location we have agreed on (or I can pick the car up from you if you book with delivery). I will give you details on what to do with the key. You'll check-out using the Turo app to take post-trip photos, document mileage, and fuel level.   • What if I need to cancel my trip?

    No worries! If you booked your trip 25 hours or more before your scheduled trip start time: Turo's cancelation policy allows you to cancel your trip up to 24 hours before your trip start time for free. If canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled trip start time, fees apply depending on the time and situation. If you booked your trip less than 25 hours before it is scheduled to start: You can cancel for free WITHIN ONE HOUR IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING. Outside this hour, fees apply.   • Can I pickup or drop-off anywhere other than the airport?

    Yes! I am always happy to have the vehicle ready at the airport for free, however, if you need the vehicle delivered to you elsewhere, please elect to pay for delivery when booking. This fee allows me to get back to my other vehicle/home and covers any parking expenses accrued from taking the car out of its home location at the airport parking lot and getting it delivered to you. If you do not pay for delivery when booking, I am unable to deliver or pickup the car to you anywhere other than the airport. Booking with delivery also enables Turo to have record of where the vehicle was delivered and dropped off to avoid any security issues.
