I was a bit skeptical of renting this vehicle due to the last few reviews. I'm so glad I ended up renting the vehicle anyways, I had the best experience! The engine light was still on but that did not matter, the car road smoothly. Jason was AMAZING, he was accessible literally 24/7. I would call at 1 am with questions and he would answer immediately. I will be recommending him to family and friends for sure!

Car was not in good condition. Engine light on. Car was shaking however host was nice and flexible.

Jason was a nice guy. Although, the vehicle has damage to the front and a small crack in the windshield. The car road extremely rough for a Mercedes and was past due of its service by over 3k miles. While I had possession of the vehicle the key battery died and I had to manually unlock the car every time which would always trigger the alarm. I was told to purchase a battery for it myself and I would be reimbursed. I understand the position but the inconvenience and embarrassment was still a thing. With that being said Jason was very responsive and always answered my calls. I would not have a problem working with him again, just not this vehicle.

It’s been great, live the car and live that it’s been easy to pick up, drop off. I spent most of my trip to Houston in the car, happy to chose this one!
