I had an excellent first experience. Moises was very professional, providing clear and prompt communication throughout. My situation was somewhat complex; I traveled to Pennsylvania for my niece’s high school graduation and planned to extend my visit to attend additional celebrations at Yale in Connecticut afterward.
During my trip, I also needed a moment of quiet reflection to scatter my best friend's ashes at the beach on his birthday. I required a reliable vehicle to facilitate this, as well as a comfortable space to process the mix of emotions involved.
The 2020 Elantra I rented was clean, reliable, and easy to operate. A charger was included with the vehicle. It was evident that no one had smoked in the car, which I greatly appreciated. Moises was very accommodating and willing to assist without knowing the full extent of my travel challenges, such as my luggage being lost at the airport and my plans not unfolding as expected.
All Moises knew was that I needed a vehicle quickly and that I was uncertain about my return date. He was attentive to my concerns and made me feel comfortable, despite the circumstances. His communication was always accessible and straightforward.
I would gladly rent from Moises again in the future. As I frequently travel to Harrisburg, having a vehicle available provides me with greater flexibility and control over my plans. It enabled me to explore more, spend additional time at the beach with my friend, and make the most of my trip during a difficult time.
Moises's kindness and professionalism are truly commendable. Although he was unaware of the full significance of my journey, his compassion did not falter. He is a person of integrity and character.
