Quick easy transaction, fun car to drive. Diego was helpful with letting you know the cars features. He even picked up the car from my hotel to make checkup simpler. Would rent again.

Diego was pretty responsive at first, he even waited a few minutes for me because of traffic in Miami was really bad and I didn’t know since it was my first time in the city. Once I got there he showed me what to do as far as how to turn the car on , the rules, and etc. As I got in I noticed the vehicle wasn’t cleaned in the inside but i figured since it’s an open vehicle it gets dirty quickly. (Although a good wipe down would’ve been decent.) But besides that the slingshot is fun by itself because it’s a slingshot, it grabs attention, you can enjoy the beautiful weather in Miami, and it feels like a big Go Kart. But the host is who made it bad. What started as a good birthday celebration I ended up disappointed to find out Diego charged me for smoking fee and I didn’t even smoke. What’s crazy is when the vehicle was returned and the host started walking around the car and checkin inside the car to make sure everything was in the same condition as he had given it to me and he was being recorded as he did all that so when he finished he was asked if everything is good and In the video he said everything is good! 👍 (I wish I could post the video in this review for future customers to see) anyways so I start to leave and got stuck in traffic once again in Miami and the host was behind me also stuck and it’s the audacity for me that he has to ask me to leave him a review RIGHT AWAY “since we stuck in traffic” as he said , which I’m guessing it was his way to think he’ll get a great review before me finding out he charged me a fee. When I found out about the charges I tried reaching out to Diego both messages and called him SEVERAL times but of course that’s when he went ghost on me and didn’t respond when I was trying to figure out why he do that to me. I feel scammed but I won’t let this experience ruin everything else that did went great in the city. I’ll say if you want to get played out your money go and book with him. But if you’re smart you’ll book somewhere else.
