This owner has a rental car business set up where I had to pick up the car off site from the airport property at the Days Inn on Airline Hwy. The pickup location was not disclosed prior to purchasing the car, it was only reported as “New Orleans Airport”. It was quite sketchy as the cars are piled up on the Hwy- lots of homeless/panhandling activity. The car had over 130k miles, smelled like a dead body, and made some funny noises while driving. Stains all over the seats, so I could not drive clients around in that car as planned because it was unpresentable. If this was Hertz or Avis I would have immediately requested a another car. However, I had to fly in day of for a meeting in Baton Rouge and was standing on the side of the highway picking up this pile of junk at 11PM (still having to drive and hour away for a meeting at 8:30am) with little other options. It was quite obvious the owner bought a cheap car to hock it up on Turo and have to do little work. Fairly sure the car didn’t meet the spec requirements of Turo. Turo’s guest service department is very cumbersome due to the interface of the chat feature in the app. They do not take phone calls either so it was very difficult to communicate the issues. I tried to change the drop off location because, again, the Days Inn is very sketchy for late night pickups. All the customer service department said was, “we’ll have to check with the owner,” and “the pick up location is New Orleans airport.” They obviously had no idea that this owner was running a rental car business at the Days Inn off site from the airport. I’d rate this experience zero or negative stars if I could. One star is the lowest possible.

1st off my car was very dirty inside and out Had this foul Smell I had to go to the gas station every other day to get air because the tire lights kept coming on the front bumper ask like it was coming off someone had to help me to make sure it wasn't come off you have it held up with a plastic wrap i was a very unhappy 😡 camper with you car
