The pick up and drop off were done from a parking garage with dedicated space- so convenient to return.

Communication with the host was really solid throughout and much appreciated as a 1st time Turo renter especially after the car we originally rented was suddenly not available just before pickup.

This was about as easier rental as I’ve had in Los Angeles super convenient detective shuttle from the airport to pick up the car.

Also had to pay for parking in lot both for pick up (understandable) and drop off (which I felt should not be our responsibility.
