This will then cause the car to completely shut down, and the 12v battery will need to be replaced, at the renter’s expense. The range of the car is affected by how heavy the car is and how much energy is consumed during each trip. You must input your destination into the car’s navigation to get a more accurate read of your range, as it considers your energy consumption during the trip. - Please note that each of our rented vehicles are washed and sanitized before drop-off, serviced regularly at Tesla Service Centers and are up to date on all inspections - We ask that prior to your trip, you provide us with a copy of your driver’s license and insurance; If additional drivers in your party will also be driving the rented car, please also provide us a copy of their driver’s license(s) and insurance - If you have any issues or concerns regarding your rented car, please feel free to reach out to us immediately and we will do our absolute best to resolve the issue in a timely manner - Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your rented car, at any time during your trip. We are happy to assist you and make your driving experience as pleasant as possible - Carseats and booster seats can also be rented for an additional fee of $50 per trip - Small fee delivery and pick-up available to LAX - please note that the parking ticket fee to exit lot (at the time of delivery) will be the renter’s responsibility - Please inquire for deliveries to your address of choice and we will do our best to accommodate your request; please note there may be a delivery fee - Absolutely NO PETS - Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND - smoking in the vehicle will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged by Turo - We highly encourage you to recharge the battery at or before it hits 20%; PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THE CHARGE TO FALL BELOW 15% as this will cause damage to the battery - If you are not familiar with the area, we encourage you to use the Tesla’s navigation to help you find the nearest Tesla Supercharging Stations; you will just plug in the car and the charging will start. We will submit an EV Charging Invoice at the end of your trip with the total amount of accumulated charging fees - Please Note: Tesla Supercharging Stations charge idle fees of $1-per-minute for cars that have have been left occupying the charging spot for 5 minutes past their completed supercharge cycle; these fees will also be included in your EV Charging Invoice - In the event that you’d like to charge at a non-Tesla Charging Station, an adapter will be in your vehicle
