5-star for host. But car has a huge marijuana smell. Made it very difficult to drive

Likely the first and last time to use Turo.
The car had been smoked in with weed or something. Had to drive with the windows down the entire time, we all had headaches from it, requested a different car but attendant couldn’t help at all, no contact from host even after a week and a half, and several messages. Drug dogs alerted on me at the port bc of the smell. I’ve never smoked anything in my life, much less any sort of marijuana. It would have been nice to at least get a response but I guess there is no customer service with Turo!
