Guests can ride the shuttles for the parking garages however they are supposed to be for paying customers. The car itself was very nice to drive and had no issues.
I initially rented the car because mine was at the mechanic. I extended the rental when I was told my car might take longer to be ready. However, the mechanic later informed me that I could pick up my car on the originally expected day.
I then messaged the car owner to shorten the rental period. Someone else responded on her behalf and initially seemed okay with the early return. However, the person handling the car became agitated when I asked him to accept it back.
In the end, I couldn't return the car early because the owner was out of the country. When she eventually responded and came to collect the car, she was very sweet and mentioned she would no longer use the person who had been handling the car for her.
My advice to Turo renters is not to extend your trip longer than necessary until the last minute. If you want to return the car early, the owner might not be available to accept it, and only the owner can approve an earlier return.

They became agitated because you continued to harass and pressure them to accept your trip modification so you could get a refund without my approval or anyone being available to pickup the car. Despite them repeatedly letting you know that I would have to be the one to approve it. I did offer to pickup the car earlier but you chose to stick with the original date.

Greats hosts, responsive, smooth transaction. Extended rental for 3 more days, so had this car for a week. Used mostly for work and a couple events. Fun and reliable car. See you again soon. Thank you!
