No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Pets are welcome, however, the driver will be responsible for cleaning or any damage caused by the pet. Vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of gas and professional cleaning conditions. It is expected for the guest to return the vehicle in the same conditions, otherwise, a cleaning and gas fee will be charged.

Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 89 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in the same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.
