FAQ
How does TOLL and TICKETS work?
The car is equipped with a toll transponder and based on your usage the toll amount will be billed to you after your trip is completed. If during the course of your rental you receive a ticket (parking, moving violation, etc) you will be required to pay the full amount of the ticket.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and you may be liable up to $250 for detail and cleaning services. Smoking Policy: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990550-No-smoking-policy-Guests
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car must be washed and vacuumed and returned in the same condition as taken. If car is returned dirty a cleaning fee will be charges. However, if deep cleaning is required due to animal hair, food stains, water stains, or excessive mud/dirt in which we have to shampoo the mats you may be liable for cleaning fees up to $250. Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas and is expected to be returned with a full tank. If gas level is not same upon return, we will charge you for the cost to refuel the car.

I had a good time on this trip. The car worked very well and had no issues. We saw San Diego and Los Angeles. I would recommend renting this car due to being very fuel efficient if you are traveling with three or less people.
